2. Shipping Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹499
  • A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below ₹499 (calculated at checkout)

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS.
  • You can also track your order from the “Track Order” section on our website.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.

6. Delays & Exceptions

  • Delays may occur during festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Ingredient Kart is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will assist you in resolving issues.

7. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
  • In case of incorrect or incomplete address, delivery may be delayed or returned.

8. Undelivered Orders

  • If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for re-shipping.
