All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free Shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment through our courier partner's website.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
