Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Perishable goods, opened food items, and products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@ingredientskart.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at support@ingredientskart.com if you wish to cancel.
